If you’ve ever wanted to try watercolor but weren’t sure where to begin, this class is the perfect starting point! I’m Stephanie Eckles, and I’ll guide you step by step through the essentials of watercolor in a fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly environment.

We’ll start with the basics: how to use your brush, mix colors, and work with different paint consistencies. You’ll also learn how to set up your supplies so you can paint with confidence at home.

Then, we’ll bring your new skills to life through three creative projects: a Valentine’s card customizable for anyone, a calming beach scene, and a colorful brushwork exercise.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a desire to try something new. Watercolor can be as calming as it is creative, and this class will give you a foundation for a lifelong artistic hobby.

All supplies will be provided, including a paint set that will be yours to keep! An optional kit of starter supplies, including a book of 25+ guided exercises for continued learning, will be available for sale as well.
